Very comfortable beds, large rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi and a decent breakfast that made our stay enjoyable and convenient. The complimentary airport shuttle made getting around easy.

I was left frustrated after my attempts to reach the hotel went unanswered. My call for airport pickup was ignored, and the voicemail was full. I recommend confirming your reservations directly.

However, the experience was marred by safety concerns after wheels were stolen from our vehicle, casting doubt on the hotel's security protocols.

Had a great time with my friends! We visited The Galleria for shopping and checked out the Toyota Center for a game. The place was clean, and we enjoyed the comfy beds and decent breakfast. Plus, the location made our travels to downtown super easy.

We had a bit of a wait for the shuttle from the airport, which wasn't ideal after a long flight. It took almost 90 minutes to finally get a shuttle, and check-in was a bit slow.

Check-in was difficult, but bed was comfortable.

The room we stayed in was quite nice. The beds were comfy, and it felt spacious enough for my family. We especially loved the variety of pillows—so helpful when trying to get comfy. The modern decor made it feel welcoming too. However, it was annoying that the sheets for the pull-out couch were missing, and we had to search for them instead of just getting them handed over. Still, breakfast was a nice perk!

Family with children experience

The staff was very friendly and helpful! ! After we had trouble finding our driver for airport pickup, they were eager and quick to assist us which made all the difference. Also, the room was exceptionally clean, with brand new carpet that felt great to walk on without shoes.

It wasn't cheap, but still, it was acceptable.

The shuttle service made our family travel so smooth, and we loved how quiet the hotel was despite being close to the airport. The staff was incredibly welcoming, really making us feel at home during our stay. We were happy with all the nearby attractions in Houston too!
